       Rob.t Gordon      On the Back of the foregoing Deed is thus
       W.m Tweedie      Indorst Viz.t

       Memorand fs   August 24.th 1733

       That the within Written Deed w.th the Land & Premisses therein
       Mentioned was before me one of his Lordships Justices of the
       Prov.l Court Acknowledged by the within Named Gerrard Hopkins
       to be the right of the within Named Joseph Hopkins his heirs & assigns
       for ever And at the same time Margarett wife of the s.d Gerrard
       Hopkins being secrettly examined out of the hearing of her husband
       Did freely & Volentarily Confess that she doth give up all and
       singular her Right Title dowry Claim & Demand whatsoever
       of & in the w.thin Lands & Premisses without any fear threats or
       Displeasure of her s.d Husband to be the right of the aforesaid
       Joseph Hopkins his heirs and assigns for ever In Testimony
       whereof I have hereunto Subscribed my name the day & year
       above written
                   Recorded 14.th Jan.ry 1733            Robert Gordon


          On the back of a Deed of Mortgage from W.m Parks to Charles
x.d  Calvert Esq.r Recorded in this Book fol 55 is Endorsed as follows Viz.t
Cash p.d  To all to whom these presents shall come Greeting Know ye that I
       W.m Parks the Mortgager within mentioned for and in Consideration
       of forty seven pounds current money of Maryland to me in hand paid
       by the Honble Charles Calvert Esq.r within named well and truly
       satisfied and paid the Receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and
       and the said Charles Calvert thereof and of every part and parcell
       thereof do exonerate release Have remised released and Quited claim
       and by these presents for my self my heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs do
       absolutely and Clearly Remise Release and Quit Claim unto the
       said Charles Calvert his heirs and assigns for ever all Right Title
       Claim and Demand in Law and Equity of Redemption of the w.thin
