       Dwelling Plant.n & all the Land thereto belonging the receipt whereof
       he Doth hereby acknowledge & to be therew.th Contented satisfied & paid
       And for himself his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Doth hereby Acquitt Exonerate
       & Discharge the s.d Joseph Hopkins his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs firmly by
       these Presents Hath in Exchange given granted & Confirmed And
       by these Presents doth Exchange give Grant & Confirm unto the s.d
       Joseph his heirs & assigns all the af.d five hundred Acres of Land
       Part of Phillips's Purchase circumscribed & bounded as by the s.d
       Phillips's Deed to the s.d Gerrard is therein Expresses and will appear
       To have & to Hold all the s.d five hundred Acres of Land with
       the Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
       unto him the s.d Joseph Hopkins his heirs & assigns forever without  
       the Lett hindrance molestation or Disturbance of him the s.d Gerrard
       Hopkins his heirs & assigns or by any other Person or Persons whatsoever
       Claiming by from or under him them or any of them (the rents and
       services w.ch became due or shall become due to the Lord of the fee
       foreprized & Excepted) And further the Said Gerrard for himself
       his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Doth Covenant Promise Grant & Agree to & w.th
       the s.d Joseph his heirs & assignes that he the s.d Gerrard Hopkins and
       his heirs shall & will hereafter Warrant & Defend the Lands & Premisses
       hereby bargained & exchanged as well ag.t him the s.d Gerrard Hopkins as
       his heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs And Lastly the s.d Gerrard for himself &
       his heirs Doth Covenant Promise Grant & Agree to & with the s.d Joseph
       & his heirs & assigns that he the s.d Gerrard Hopkins & his heirs shall
       & will at the reasonable request & Charges in the Law of him the s.d Joseph
       Hopkins his heirs or assignes shall do make acknowledge suffer &
       execute or cause to be made Done Acknowledged Suffered & Executed any
       further Act or Acts thing or things Assureance or Conveyance in the Law
       as he or they by his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall
       reasonably devise or advise for the further & better assureance
       & suremakeing the Land & Premisses hereby Bargained and
       Exchanged or Intended to be hereby bargained & exchanged unto
       him the s.d Joseph Hopkins his heirs & assignes for ever In
       Witness whereof the Party first above Named to these Psents
       his hand & seal Interchangeably has sett the Day & Year first
