       And Service in the Execution & Discharge of the several
       Powers & Authorities to him given by the Commission aforesaid
       And shall During his Continuance in the s.d Offices faithfully
       justly & exactly fulfill Perform execute & Discharge his Duty
       Therein in every Respect & Obey Execute & Perform such Rules
       & Orders for his Conduct therein as he shall from time to time
       Receive from the s.d Lord Proprietary then the within Obligation

       This Indenture made this twenty fourth Day of August
       Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred & thirty three Between
       Gerrard Hopkins Sen.r of the County of Ann Arundell in the Province
       of Maryland Gent.n of the one Part, & Joseph Hopkins of the said
       County & Province Gent.n of the other Part Wittnesseth that whereas
       the s.d Gerrard Hopkins being Possessed of a Title in Fee Simple by
       a Conveyance from Nathan Rigbie Duly Executed & Recorded
       for five hundred Acres of Land Part of a Tract of Two thousand acres
       Called Phillips's Purchase Orig.ly granted unto a certain James
       Phillips scituate & lyeing in Balt.l County on the south side of
       Susquehanna River & on the Northwest side of Deer Creek the
       bounds of the s.d two thousand acres at Large Appearing by the
       Orig.ll Grant thereof Now this Indenture Further
       Wittnesseth that the s.d Gerrard for & in Consid.n of the now dwelling
       Plant.r of the s.d Joseph Hopkins's & all the Land thereunto belonging
       being four hundred & eighty two acres Part of a Tract called
       White Hall Orig.lly granted unto Jerom White Esq.r the s.d
       four hundred & eighty two acres being the same & Circumscribed
       as by the s.d Gerrards Deed of Gift to his said son Joseph is
       therein expressed Hath for & in Consid.n of the s.d Josephs
