       house where now my hon.d Father Doth Reside To have & to hold all
       & every of the said severall parcells of Land houses & other Improvem.ts
       unto my said son John Bradford & his heirs for ever after the death of
       my Hon.l father John Bradford who is now in possession of the same Now
       this Indenture Witnesseth that the said John Bradford for & in
       Consideration of the sume of five hundred pounds sterling by the said
       Daniel Carroll to him the said John Bradford in hand paid or secured to
       be paid y.e Receipt Whereof the s.d John Bradford Does hereby Acknowledge
       & by these presents Does absolutely acquitt & Discharge the s.d Daniel
       Carroll his heirs Executors & Administrators from the s.d sume &
       from every part & parcell thereof hath given granted Bargained Sold
       aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed & by these presents Doth give grant Bargain
       sell alien Enfeoff & Confirm unto him the said Daniel Carroll the afd first
       before mentioned Dwelling house w.th the afd small orchard & backside
       as also that aforesaid ontenament Containing one peice of pasturage
       Ground & one peice of Meadow & severall parcells of Tillage Lying in
       open fields near a village Called Thickinson in the County of Leicester
       in the Kingdom of great Brittain afd as also all them parcells of Land
       being pasturage Lying near the town of Stoke Golding in the afd County
       which said severall parcells of Land are ^& severally^ known by the names hereafter
       Mentioned Viz.t Wykinhole peggs wichkinhole olden Close peggs oldon
       as also y.e Dewling house & orchard & all outhouses & other Improvements
       beloning to the said Dwelling house for the said will mentioned wherein
       the Grand father of the said John Bradford in the said Will mentioned
       Did Reside & also all the reversion & reversions remainder & remainders
       of all & singular y.e said Messuages or tenements orchards & Backside
       pasturages Ground & Meadow Lands hereditaments & premisses hereby
       granted & also all the estate right title claim & demand of the said John
       Bradford of in & to the same To Have and to hold the said Messuages or Tenem.ts
       Orchards & Backside Pasturages Ground and Meadows Lands Hereditaments and
       Premisses with all and singular their appurtenances unto the said Dan.l Carroll
       his heirs and assigns for ever and to none other use Intent or Purpose
       whatsoever and the said John Bradford for himself his heirs executors
       and administrators doth Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and with
       the said Daniel Carroll his heirs and assigns that he the said John
       Bradford the afd Messuages or Tenements orchards and Backside
       Pasturages Ground Meadows and Premisses above mentioned with the
       appurts to the said Dan.l Carroll his heirs and assigns ag.t him the said
       John and his heirs or any other person Claiming from by or under him
       shall and ^will^ warrant and for ever defend by these presents In Witness whereof he hath hereunto
       set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year first above Written
