x.d  This Indenture made this Ninth day of July Anno Domini
Cash p.d seventeen hundred & thirty three Between John Bradford of
       Prince Georges County in the province of Maryland Gent
       of y.e one part & Daniel Carroll of Duddington Mann.r of y.e
       Province & County afd Gentleman of y.e other part Wittnesseth
       that Whereas Coll John Bradford of y.e County & province afd
       Deced the father of the said John Bradford party to these presents
       by his Last will & Testment in Writing bearing date the
       twenty sixth day of March Anno Domini seventeen hundred
       & twenty six signed & sealed in the presence of three
       witnesses & Duly proved according to Law as by the same
       will Duly entred from Record in the Comissary Generalls
       Office in this province for probat of wills & granting
       administrations Reference being thereunto had more
       fully appears & Amongst other things therein Contained
       made the folllowing Devise Item I Give & bequeath unto
       my beloved son John Bradford one Dwelling house with a
       small orchard & back side also one Tenement Containing
       one peace of pasture Ground & ^one^ peice of Meadow & severall
       parcells of Tillage Lying in open feilds Near a Village
       Called Thirkinson in y.e County of Leicester in y.e Kingdom of
       Great Brittain all which were bequeathed me by my
       humble John Smith of y.e Town of Oneleap in the County of
       Leicester afd Deced by his Last will & Testament & also I give
       & bequeath unto my said son John Bradford all them
       parcells of Land ^being pasturage^ Lying near the town of Stocke Golding
       in the ^afd^ County of Leicester now in the possion of My honourble
       father John Bradford of the afd Town of Stoke Golding which
       said parcells of Land are severally ^known^ by the names hereafter
       Mentioned Viz.t Wykinhole peggs Wykinhole Olden Close
       peggs Oldon Close also y.e dwelling house & orchard & all out
       houses & other approvements belong^ing^ to the said Dwelling
