(237) Time to Time & at all Times Hereafter Warrant & Defend to him the said Charles Carroll his heirs & Assignes for ever the afores.d Bargained Premisses as well against him the s.d John Hall & his heirs as against all others of by from or under him Claiming And the s.d John Hall doth further Covenant & Agree with him the s.d Charles that he the s.d John & his heirs Shall & will from at any time w.thin The Space & Form of seven years from the Date hereof at the Reasonable request of him the s.d Charles his heirs or Assigns ^Do^ & Execute or Suffer to be Done & Executed any other or further Deed or Deeds Conveyance or Assurances for the more secure & better Conveying & Making over to him the s.d Charles his heirs & assignes for ever the afores.d Bargained Premisses that he the s.d Charles Carroll His heirs or assigns or his or their Learned Councel in the Law shall Advise or Devise the same to Contain no Other or more General Warranty then herein before Expressed In Witness whereof & the foregoing Premisses the s.d Parties have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands & Seald the Day & Year first above Written John Hall Jun.r seale On the Back of the foregoing Deed xxx Is thus Indorst viz.t Sealed & Delivered Then Reced of Charles Carroll twenty In psence of us Pounds Courency being the Consid.n £20 James Donaldson Money within Mentioned I M.c Manus Witness John Hall Jun.r James Donaldson I M.cManus October 25.th 1733 Reced from D.r Charles Carroll four shillings Sterl for the use of y.e Right Honble the Lord Prop.ry for y.e Allienation of y.e w.thin Land D Dulany October 23.d 1733 Then Came before us two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County the within Mentioned John Hall Jun.r & acknowledged the within Deed & the Land & Premisses (therein) |
