       The s.d John Hall became Seised & Possessed of a Tract of Land
       Called Taylors Farm scituate lying & being in Baltimore County
       Granted unto him the s.d Thomas Taylor the seventh Day of Nov.r
       Seventeen hundred & Thirty for one hundred acres as P Patent
       Thereof may Appear Now this Indenture Further
       Witnesseth that the s.d John Hall for & in Consideration of the
       Sum of Twenty Pounds Current money of Maryland to him in
       Hand Paid & Satisfied by him the s.d Charles Carroll at & before y.e
       Ensealing & Delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof
       he Doth hereby Acknowledge & therefore Doth Acquit & Discharge
       him the s.d Charles Carroll his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Hath Given
       Granted bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed & by these
       Presents Doth absolutely & freely Give grant Bargain Sell
       Alien ^Enfeoff^ & Confirm unto him the s.d Charles Carroll all the s.d Tract of
       Land called Taylors Farm lying in Baltimore County County
       afores.d  Begining at a bounded White Oake Abounded
       Chesnut Tree Standing on a Point on the North Side of a
       Branch descending from the North End of the Soldiers Delight
       Into the Main Falls of Patapsco River & runs thence North
       North East One hundred & Sixty Perches then West & by North
       One hundred & seven Perches then South South West one hund.d
       & fifty eight Perches then East fifty three Perches then
       to the Begining Trees Containing & Laid out fore one hundred
       Acres of Land together with all & singular the Houses Fences
       Orchards Rights Profits & Advantages thereon & thereto in any
       Ways belonging & appertaining To have & to Hold
       to him the s.d Charles Carroll his heirs & assignes forever
       to his & their own proper use & behoof & to no other use
       Meaning or Intent Whatsoever And the s.d John Hall
       Doth Covenant & Agree to & with him the s.d Charles Carroll
       that he the s.d John Hall & his heirs Shall & Will from
