       Deed or Conveyance which shall or may be necessary for the better
       settlement & security of the said Lands to the uses & purposes aforesaid

          That on the twenty fifth day of September Anno Dom
       seventeen hundred & thirty three Charles Carroll Esq.r party to the
       within Deed Acknowledged the same according to Act of assembly
       in such Cases Made & provided Taken before me
11 1/2   Recorded November y.e 16.th 1733            Robert Gordon

x.d  This Indenture made the tenth day of October Anno Dom
       seventeen hundred & thirty three Between John Hall Jun.r of
       Baltimore County Gent on the one part & Charles Carroll of the
       City of Annapolis Chyrurgeon on the other part Witnesseth
       that Whereas an Act of assembly past in the province of
       Maryland at a session held at the City of Annapolis on tuesday
       the thirteenth day of July Anno Dom seve^n^teen hundred &
       thirty one for the Relief of Richard Smith William Nimms
       ^and others^ Languishing prisners among which Thomas Taylor a
       Languishing presner in Baltimore aforesaid who being by
       Virtue of the said Act Releived against his Creditors & from the
       Custody of the s.d John at that time Sheriff of the s.d County & by Virtue
       of the s.d Act Did Convey assign sell transfer & Make over unto him
       The s.d John Hall all the Estate both real & Personal which he
       the s.d Thomas was then Seised & Possessed of By means whereof
