       Commodities Advantages & Appurtenances thereunto belonging
       or appurtaining To have & to hold to him the said Benjamin
       Tasker Esq.r his heirs & assignes for ever one fifth part of the said
       Lands purchased & Granted And to have & to hold one fifth part
       of the said Lands purchased & Granted Unto Charles Carroll
       Surgeon his heirs & assigns for ever And to have & to hold one fifth
       part of the said Lands purchased & Granted to Daniel Dulany
       Esq.r his heirs & assigns for ever And to have & to hold one
       fifth part of the said Lands purchased & Granted to Daniel
       Carroll his heirs & assigns for ever & the said Charles Carroll for
       himselfe & his heirs Doth Covenant & Agree to & With the said
       Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Daniel Dulany & Daniel
       Carroll & their several & respective heirs & assignes that
       they & every of them & their & every of their several & Respective
       heirs & assigns for ever shall & may Peaceably have hold & enjoy
       their several & Respective parts as afd as Tenants in Common
       for ever hereafter And that the same & every part thereof shall
       be Well & sufficiently Warranted & Defended by the said Charles
       Carroll & his heirs to the said Benjamin Esq.r Charles Carroll
       Surgeon Daniel Dulany Esq.r & Daniel Carroll & their severall
       & Respective heirs against all persons Claiming from by or
       under the said Charles Carroll or his heirs & the said parties
       for themselves & their heirs Covenant & Agree With each ^other^ that
       all the said Lands shall be Continue & Remain to themselves
       & to their Heirs & assignes for ever as Tenants in Common for
       Carrying on & supporting the said Iron Work & that no part
       or parcel thereof shall be sold or Demised Without the Consent &
       approbation of all the said parties so Long as the said Works
       shall be Continued & Carryed on & When the said Works shall
       actually Cease & be Discontinued that then each & every of
       the said parties his heirs or assignes shall have & enjoy his
       share or fifth part to him his heirs & assigns for ever to his
       & their own use Without any Restriction or Limition
       whatsoever & the said parties Mutually Covenant & Agree
