       of them & their & every of their several & respective heirs & assigns
       for ever shall & may Peaceably have hold & enjoy their several &
       Respective parts as afd as tenants in common for ever hereafter And
       that the same & every part thereof shall & ^be^ well & sufficiently
       Warranted & Defended by the said Benjamin & his heirs to the said
       Charles Carroll Esq.r Charles Carroll Surgeon Daniel Carroll & Daniel
       Dulany & their several & Respective heirs & Assignes against all
       persons Claiming from by or under the said Benjamin Tasker or his  
       heirs And the said parties for themselves & their heirs Covenant
       & Agree with each other that all the said Land shall be & Continue
       & Remain to themselves & to their heirs & assigns for ever as tenents
       in comon for carrying on & supporting the said Iron Work & that
       no part or parcel thereof shall be sold or Demised without the consent
       & approbation of all the said parties so long as the said Work shall
       be continued & carried on & that when the said works shall actually
       cease & be Discontinued that then each & every of the said parties his
       heirs or assigns shall have & enjoy his share or fifth part to him his
       heirs & assigns for ever to his & their own use without any Restriction
       or Limitation Whatsoever And the said parties Mutually Covenant
       & Agree Amongst themselves & with each other to execute any further
       or other Deed or Conveyance which shall or may be Necessary for the better
       settlement & security of the said Lands to the uses & purposes afd In
       Testimony Whereof the said parties have to these presents set
       their hands & seals the day & year first above Written

On the Back of the foregoing Deed       D Dulany          Seal
was thus Indorst Viz.t

       Memorand.m that Benjamin Tasker Esq.r party to the Within Deed
       acknowledged the same according to Law before me & that M.rs
       Anne Tasker Wife of the said Benjamin Tasker was by me examined
       a part from her said husband & Declared that she Relinquished
