       and purposes Viz.t to & for the use of him the said Benjamin
       Tasker the said Charles Carroll Esq.r Charles Carroll Surgeon
       Daniel Carroll & Daniel Dulany & their several &
       Respective heirs & assigns for ever as tenants in Common in order
       to support & carry on an Iron Work undertaken & began by
       them the said Benjamin Tasker Charles ^Carroll^ Esq.r Charles Carroll
       Surgeon Daniel Carroll & Daniel Dulany in Company or
       partnership in Baltimore County Altho no such use or trust is
       Declared in the said Grants or Patents Now this Indenture
       Witnesseth that the said Benjamin Tasker as well in
       Consideration of the said ^trust^ & for the better security of the said
       Lands accordingly as for & in Consideration of five Shillings
       Current Money of Maryland to him in hand paid by the said
       Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Surgeon Daniel Carroll
       & Daniel Dulany the Receipt Whereof the said Benjamin
       Tasker Doth acknowledge Hath granted bargained &
       sold & by these presents Doth grant Bargain & Sell unto the
       said Charles Carroll Esq.r Charles Carroll Surgeon Daniel
       Carroll & Daniel Dulany four fifth ^parts^ of the said Two tracts
       of Land each tract into five parts ^to be^ equally to be Divided
       that is to say to each of the said parties on fifth part
       with all the profitts Commodities Advantages &
       appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining
       To have & to hold to him the said Charles Carroll Esq.r
       his heirs & assignes for ever one fifth part of the said
       Two tracts of Land & To have & to hold one fifth part of the
       said two Tracts of Land to the said Charles Carroll Surgeon to
       him his heirs & assignes for ever And to have & to hold one fifth
       part of the said two tracts to the said Daniel Carroll to him &
       his heirs & ^assignes^ for ever And to have & to hold one fifth part to
       the said Daniel Dulany his heirs & assignes for ever and
       the said Benjamin Tasker for himself & his heirs Doth
       Covena^n^t & Agree to & with the said Charles Carroll Charles
       Carroll Surgeon Daniel Carroll & Daniel Dulany &
