       Land south fifty seven Degrees East three hundred perches
       to the Beginning of the said Land then south seventeen degrees
       east fifty perches east by south eighty perches north east
       seventy five perches south east one hundred perches
       North East & by North one hundred & forty perches therto the
       begining tree Containing One thousand & fourteen acres of
       Land Exclusive of a tract of Land Called Fox hall Laid out
       for Thomas Taylor for one hundred acres to Compleat
       with the aforesaid part of the tract of Land Called Brunswick
       & the said tract of Land & the said Charles Carroll for himself
       & his heirs doth Covenant & Agree to & with the said
       Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Daniel Dulany and
       Daniel Carroll that the said Lands herein before Described
       according to their Meets & Bounds Containing eighteen
       hundred Acres of Land Clear of any Acienter survey or other
       Incumberance that may defeat the title to said Qauntity
       of eighteen hundred acres of Land & that in Case ^they^ the said
       Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Daniel Dulany & Daniel
       Carroll or their heirs ^shall be^ Lawfully evicted out of any part or
       parcell of the said eighteen hundred Acres of Land within
       the space & term of Tewty One years that then & in such
       Case he the said Charles Carroll or his heirs shall & will refound
       & pay unto them the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Daniel
       Dulany & Daniel Carroll or their heirs at the Rate of thirty five
       pounds Sterling money for every hundred acres ^they^ shall be legally
       evicted of by Due Course of Law and so in propotion for any greater or
       Leasser quantity or make good to them by other Lands of equal value
       & equally convenient to such Lands so evicted of to make good the
       said Quantity of eighteen hundred Acres of Land hereby Intended
       to be sold & Conveyed & to & for the use of the said Copartnership
       & this Indenture further Witnesseth that the said Charles
       Carroll for the better Carrying on & Encouragement of the
