       said works & also for & in Consideration of the sum of twenty eight
       pounds Currant money to him in accounts allowed by the said Benjamin
       Tasker Charles Carroll Daniel Dulany & Daniel Carroll hath given
       granted bargained & sold & by these presents Doth give grant bargain
       & sell unto them the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Daniel Dulany
       & Daniel Carroll all singular his Right Title Interest Claim & Demand
       in & to all & singular the residue & remainder of the said tracts of
       Land Called Brunswick & Gaitrells Rests & also of that part of the said
       Tract of Land Called Georgia scituate & being on the west of the afd
       Gwins falls which shall remain after Compleating & making up
       the said eighteen hundred Acres of Land herein & hereby set forth &
       Discribed Computed at seven hund & thirteen acres exclusive of the said
       eighteen hundred acres & also four fifth parts ^into five parts^ equally to be divided
       of the said two hundred acres part of Johnson Interest with the
       appurtenances four fifth parts into five parts equally to be divided
       of those parcells of Land Conveyed by the said Gilbert Talbert Israel
       & George Buchannan to the said Charles Carroll & four fifth parts
       into five parts equally to be divided of the residue & remainder
       of Brunswick & Georgia That is to say to each & every of y.e said
       Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Esq.r Daniel Dulany & Daniel Carroll
       one fifth part of each & every of the said several & respective tracts
       or peices of Land with their Appurtenances except as in the said
       Recited Deed is Excepted & Reserved To have & to hold one fifth part
       of the said several tracts or parcells of Land with the appurtenances
       herein & hereby mentioned to be bargained & sold to the said
       Benjamin Tasker his heirs & assignes for ever And to have &
       to hold one fifth part of the said several tracts or parcells Land
       with their appurtenances to the said Charles Carroll Esq.r his heirs &
       assignes for ever And to have & to hold one fifth part of the said several
       tracts or parcells of Land with their Appurtenances the said
       Daniel Dulany his heirs & assignes for ever And to have & to hold
       one fith part of said several Tracts or parcels of Land with the
       appurtenances to the said Daniel Carroll his heirs & assignes
