       Heir of the said John Conveyd Sold to the said Charles Carroll for One
       hundred & sixty Acres of Land as also one thousand & fourteen Acres
       of Land being part of Tract of Land Called Georgia granted to him the
       said Charles Carroll in the year of our Lord seventeen hundred & thirty
       two That is to say beginning at ^the^ end of the West North west one
       hundred & sixty perches Line of a tract of Land Called Mill haven &
       Running & Joyning therewith North East & by East one hundred
       Perches to Gwins Falls thence up & with the left side of the said falls
       west North West eighty perches to the end of the South South East sixty
       five perches Line of a tract of Land Called Skeymors Adventure then
       running & joyning With the said Land South forty Degrees West one
       hundred & fifty perches Northwest ninety perches then with the
       given Line of the said Land North thirty Degrees & half east eighty
       perches North forty two Degrees West one hundred perches to the
       end of the east south east eighty perches Line of a Tract of Land
       Called Wills's Chance then reversing the said Line running west
       northwest eighty perches ^then^ North North East one hundred perches
       with the said Land thence North West sixty perches to the end of
       the North East one hundred & twelve perches Line of a tract of
       a tract of Land Called Cuckold makers pallace thence south
       twenty seven Degrees west one hundred & forty perches to the end
       of the south eighty one degrees east Line of a tract of Land Called
       Anthony's Delight then with the said Land south twenty one
       Degrees East two hundred & nine perches still with the given
       Line thereof North fifty one Degrees & half west one hundred &
       seventy one perches to the beging tree thereof & the Beginning tree
       of a tract of Land Called Maidens Choice thence south forty five
       Degrees ^West^ two hundred & fifty perches till it Intersect the south
       east Two hundred forty two perches Line of the said Land Called
       Georgia thence by & with the said Line south east two hundred
       perches till it Intersect with the north east half point north Line of a
       Tract of Land Called Johnson Interest then with the said Land
       north east half a point northerly one hundred & forty two
       perches to the end of the said Line then with the given Line of said
