       & Discharged of & from all former & other Gifts Grants Bargains
       Sales Mortgages Estates Titles & Incumbrances & of & from the Proviso
       Above Mentioned & all power & benifitt of Redemption either in Law
       or Equity Whatsoever & that the s.d William Vernon his heirs Ex.rs
       Adm.rs & every other person or persons Claiming or having any Clame
       or Right Title or Interest of in or to the premisses or any part of
       the same shall & will at all times hereafter (after breach of the
       proviso afd shall happen to be made) upon the Reasonable receipt
       of him the said Samuel Chew ^his^ heirs Executors Adm.rs or Certain attorney
       or assignes well & sufficiently & undue form of Law make do & execute or
       cause to be made done or executed all such further & other grants deeds
       releasses assurances y.e Law & every other Lawfull & Reasonable
       Act & Acts thing & things Whatsoever for y.e further & better assuring
       the premisses & Appurtenances to him the said Samuel Chew
       his heirs & assignes for ever Which Which by his or their Councill
       Learned in the Law shall be devised Advised or Required In
       Wittness Whereof the said parties to these presents have
       Interchangeably sett their hand & seal the day & year
