       To these Presents that if the s.d William Vernon his heirs Ex.rs or
       Adm.rs or any of them shall well & truly Pay & Satisfie unto him
       the Said Sam.l Chew his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Att.r of the sum of sixty pounds
       Sterling money of Great Brittain by Good Sufficient Bills of Exch.a
       On some Responsible Merchant there or the sum of eighty
       Pounds Current money of this Province at or upon the first Day
       of October in the year One Thousand Seven hundred Thirty five
       at or in the Dwelling House of the s.d Sam.l Chew at Herring Creek
       In Ann Arundell County afores.d without Lawfull Interest thereon
       Then this Present Indenture & the Estate hereby Granted &
       Intended to be Granted Shall Cease Determine & be Utterly Void
       any thing herein before Contained to the Contrary Notwithstanding
       & the s.d William Vernon for himself his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Doth
       Covenant & Grant & Agree to & with the s.d Sam.l Chew his heirs
       Ex.rs Adm.rs & assignes in Manner & form following that is to say
       that he the s.d William Vernon his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or some of them
       Shall well & truly pay or cause to be paid unto him the said
       Sam.l Chew his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes the said sum of
       Sixty Pounds Sterl or the sum of eighty pounds Current money
       of this Province at the Day & Place appointed for Payment
       thereof & that he the s.d William Vernon is now & standeth
       Legally seized & entituled of & in the s.d two Tracts of Land
       Called Marches Seat & Barwells Plantation Premisses
       appurtenances & every Part of them hereby Granted or Intended
       to be Granted as Agreed Pure Indefezable Estate of Inheritance
       In fee Simple & hath in himself full power and absolute
       Authority to sell alienate & convey the same in Manner afores.d
       & that after a Breach of the Proviso afores.d shall happen
       to be Made the like Good Estate Shall be hereby Invested
       In the s.d Sam.l Chew his heirs & assignes for ever Without
       the Lett Trouble suit eviction interruption or Disturbance
       of him the s.d Will.m Vernon his heirs or any Person or Persons
       Clameing any right Title or Interest of in or to the same
       & that Free & Clear & Freely & Clearly Acquitted Exonerated
