       Lying in y.e County & parish afd Called Barwells plantation
       containing & laid out for one hundred acres being ^part^ of a Tract of
       Land Containing three hundred acres Called Pascahalls Purchase
       for & in Consideration of the sum of sixty pounds Sterling Money of
       Great Brittain to him the said William ^Vernon^ in Hand paid by y.e s.d
       Samuel Chew before y.e Ensealing & Delivery of the Psents y.e receipt
       whereof he the said William Vernon Doth acknowledge & himself
       fully satisfied therewith doth hereby acquit & Discharge y.e s.d
       Samuel Chew his Ex.rs & Adm.rs for ever & for other goods Causes &
       Considerations him hereunto Moving Hath given granted
       bargained sold aliened enfeoffed Conveyed Released Ratified
       Confirmed & Made Over & by these Psents Doth give grant
       bargain sell alien enfeoff convey remise release ratifie
       confirm & make over unto him the said Samuel Chew his
       heirs & assignes for ever all these two tracts of Land Called
       Marches Seat & Barwell.s plantation According to their
       proper Meets & Bounds together with all & singular the
       Timber Houses Orchards Cultivations Improvements profitts
       benefitts priveledges or conveniences of what Nature or kind soever
       to them imedient or in any wise appurtaining & the Rev^er^sion
       or Reversions Remainder or Remainders of all & singular y.e
       premisses & every ^part^ thereof & all y.e Right Title Inheritance Claime
       Interest & Demand whatsoever of him the said Will.m Vernon of in or to
       y.e said Two Tracts of Land premisses & appurtenances & every part thereof
       To have & to hold y.e said two Tracts or parcells of Land Called Marches
       Seat & Barwells plantation according to the proper Meets & bounds
       thereof premisses & appurtenances & every part of the same to him
       the said Samuel Chew his heirs & assignes for ever to be hold of the Chief
       Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees thereof by the rents & services thereof
       Due of Right accustomed Provided always & upon Condition
       Nevertheless & it is hereby agreed by & between the said Parties
