       of ^the said^ Andrew Caldwell To have & to hold one Moiety of all &
       singular the Estate Right Title Interest Claim & Demand afd
       unto him the said John Ross his heirs & assignes for ever to his
       & their own proper use & behoof & to no other life intention Meaning
       & whatsoever To have & to hold One Moiety of all & singular the
       Estate Right Title Interest Claim & Demand afd unto him the said
       Charles Carroll his heirs & assignes forever to his & their proper use & behoof
       & to no other use Intent or Meaning whatsoever & the said Andrew
       Caldwell for himself & his heirs doth Covenant & Agree to & with them
       the said John Ross & Charles Carroll that he the said Andrew Caldwell
       shall & will from time to time & at all times hereafter well & truly
       Warrant & Defend the said bargained premisses & every part & parcell
       thereof to them the said John Ross & Charles Carroll as well against him
       the said Andrew Caldwell as any ^other^ of by from or under him
       Claiming & he the said Andrew Caldwell doth further Covenant &
       agree to & with them the said John Ross & Charles Carroll that he the
       said Andrew Caldwell shall & will at any time within the Space &
       Term of seven years from the Date hereof & execute any other or
       further Deed or Deeds Conveyance or Conveyances in the Law which
       they the said John Ross or Charles Carroll or his or their Learned
       Council in the Law shall Devise or advise for the sure making over &
       Confirming unto them the said John Ross & Charles Carroll their heirs
       & assignes the afd Bargained Premisses with the appertenances
       the same to Contain no other or more general Warrantee than
       herein before Expressed In Witness Whereof & the foregoing premisses
       the said Andrew Caldwell hath hereunto set his hand fixed his seale
       the Day & Year above Written                     Andrew Caldwell   Seal
