(21)   By these presents (the Rents and Services hereafter to become due
          To the Lord Proprietarie for ^or^ and in Respect of the said Lands
          and premisses always foreprized & Excepted And further
          Alsoe that he the said Henry Darnall his heirs Executors &
          Administrators & all & every other person or persons having
          or Lawfully Claiming or that shall or may have or Lawfully
          Claim any Estate right title or intrest of into or Out of the
          said severall Tracts of Land Plantations Negroes Messuages
          Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses or any part
          or parcell thereof shall and will from time to time and at
          all times Either before or after Default shall be Made
          of or in the payment of the Said Sume of Two Thousand
          and four hundred pounds or any part thereof Contrary to
          the form of the aforesaid proviso at y.e request & Cost and
          Charges in the Law of the Said William Black his heirs
          or assignes make do or execute or cause or procure to be
          made done and executed all and every such further and
          other Lawfull & reasonable Acts Deeds Conveyances or
          Assurances in the Law Whatsoever for the further and
          more perfect & absolute assuring Confirming & more sure  
          making of the aforesaid Tracts of Land & all other the
          aforesaid Premisses and every part and parcell thereof
          with their and every of their appurtenances unto the
          Said William his heirs & assigns as by the Said W.m Black
          his heirs or assignes or his or their Councill Learned in y.e
          Law shall be reasonably devised advised or required
          And it is hereby Concluded and Agreed by and Between all
          the said Parties to these Presents and they do hereby
          Declare that all and every such further assurances ^and^
          Conveyances of the said severall Tracts of Land & all
          other the Premisses Mentioned or Intended to be hereby
          Granted and Released or any part thereof hereafter to
          be had made Levied Acknowledged Suffered or Executed by
          or between the said parties to these presents or Either
          of them or whereunto they or Either of them shall be
          party or parties shall be & enure & shall be adjudged
          Demed Construed & taken to be & enured & that all and
          every person and persons which now stand & be seized of
          the same or of any part thereof shall stand and be
          Seized thereof & of every part thereof to the Only proper
          use and Behoof of the said William Black & of his
