(20)   heirs Executors and Administrators and for Every of them
          Doth Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and with the
          Said William Black his Executors Administrators and Assignes
          and to & with every of them by these Presents that he the
          Said Henry Darnall his heirs Executors Administrators or
          Assignes shall & will well and truly pay or Cause to be
          paid unto the said William Black his Executors Administrators
          or Assignes the said sume of Two Thousand and
          Four hundred pounds with intrest for the same at the Rate
          aforesaid at such Time as is herein before Mencond and
          appointed for payment thereof And that without making
          and Deduction Defalcation or Abatement Whatsoever
          Out of the same as aforesaid And the said Henry Darnall
          for himselfe his heirs Executors and Adm.rs and for Every
          of them doth Covenant Promise and Agree to and with
          the said William Black his heirs & Assignes by these
          presents in Manner and form following that is to
          say that it shall & may be Lawfull to and for the
          said William Black his heirs and assignes from time
          To Time & at all times imediatly from and after Default
          shall be Made of or in payment of the Said Sume of Two
          Thousand and four hundred pounds with Lawfull for the
          same as aforesaid or of any part thereof peaceably and
          quietly to Enter into and upon have hold use Occupy Possess
          and Enjoy the said Several Tracts of Land Plantations
          Negroes Messuages Tenements Hereditaments and all &
          singular other the appurtenances hereby Granted and
          Released or Mentioned or intended to be Granted and
          Released with their and Every of their appurtenances
          and to have or Receive and take the Rents Issues and Profitts
          thereof and of every part thereof to his & their own
          proper use and Behoof for Ever And further alsoe that
          he the said Henry Darnall his heirs Executors & Adm.rs
          shall and will from and after Default shall be made of or
          in any payment of the said sume of Two Thousand and
          four hundred pounds or any part thereof Contrary to the
          forme of the aforesaid provisoe for Ever Warrant and
          Defend the said several Tracts of Land and all & Singular
          other the premisses hereby Granted and released or mencond
          or intended to be hereby Granted and Released unto the
          said William Black his heirs and assignes against all &
          every person & persons and all Claims and Demands
