(19)   and Hereditaments Whatsoever of him the Said Henry Darnall
          scituate Lying and being in Prince Georges County or Elsewhere
          in Maryland or in America aforesaid Howsoever Butted
          Bounded or Described And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder
          and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of all and
          Singular the Premisses and of every part and parcell thereof
          with the appurtenances & all the Estate Right Title Intrest Use
          Trust Property Claim and Demand Whatsoever both in Law and
          Equity of them the said Henry Darnall and Ann his Wife
          and Each of them of in to and out of the same and Every or
          any part thereof Together with all Deeds Evidences Escripts Minuments
          and Writings relateing to Touching or Concerning the
          said Premisses and Every or any part and parcell thereof
          To have to hold the said Severall Tracts of Land
          Plantations Negroes Messuages Lands Tennements Hereditaments
          and all and singular other the Premisses hereby
          Granted and Released or Mentioned or Intended to be granted
          and Released with their and Every of their rights Privilledges
          Members and Appurtenances unto the said Will.m Black
          his heirs and assignes for Ever to the only proper use and Behoof
          of the said William Black and of his heirs and assignes for Ever
          Provided Always Nevertheless that if the Said Henry Darnall
          his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assignes do and shall
          Well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the Said W.m Black
          his Executors Administrators or Assignes the full sume of Two
          Thousand and four hundred pounds of Lawfull Money of Great
          Brittain with intrest for the same at the Rate of five
          pounds per Cent per Annum on or about the
          day of February which will be in the Year of Our Lord One
          Thousand seven hundred and Thirty Two without any Deduction
          defalcation or abatement whatsoever for Taxes Ordinary
          or Extrodinary Parliamentary or Otherwise Laid and
          Imposed or to be Laid and Imposed On the said Premisses
          or any part thereof or on the said William Black his heirs
          Executors Administrators or Assignes for or in respect thereof
          or any part thereof that then and from thenceforth these presents
          & the assignment hereby made and Every Clause Article
          and thing herein Contained shall Cease determine and be
          utterly void to all Intents and Purposes any thing herein
          Contained to the Contrary thereof in any wise Notwithstanding
          And the said Henry Darnall for himselfe his
