(193) Hall & Dorothy his wife their Heirs or Assignes be not any ways hereafter molested or Desturbed in the Possession & enjoyment of the Part or portion of the same Lands so Allotted to them by the Partition af.d that then the above obligation be void & of none effect otherwise to to Stand remain & be in full force Power & Virtue in Law Sealed & Delivered In Psence of us Edw.d Neale sele George Noble Peter Dent Record June the 25.th 1733 4 sid.s x.d To all People to whom this present Writing shall Come Know Ye that I Mary Knighton sole Daughter & heir of James Ellis heretofore of Ann Arundell County in the province of Maryland Deceased As well for & in Consideration of the Natural Love & Affection which I have & bear unto my well beloved sons Samuel Lockwood & Thomas Knighton & to my well beloved Grandsons Samuell Brown the son of James & Cassandra Brown & Thomas Sparrow the son of Solomon & Charity Sparrow of the County & province aforsaid as als for Divers other good & valuable Causes and Considerations me at this present especially moving have given & Granted & by these presents Do give & Grant and Confirm unto the said Samuel Lockwood Thomas Knighton Samuel Brown & Thomas Sparrow their several & Respective heirs for ever A tract of Land Called Jamesparke Lying in Baltimore County upon a Branch of Gunpowder River & on the North side of the south Branch of the said River granted to my said father James Ellis By patent Dated the tenth Day of May One thousand six hundred eighty five for five hundred |
