       His Ex.rs Adm.rs Assigns or Certain Attorney To which payment
       well & truly to be made I bind my Self my heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs
       In the whole & for the Whole firmly by these Presents
       Sealed with my Seale & Dated this fourth Day of June
       Anno Domini 1733

x.d  Whereas Nicholas Lowe of S.t Mary's County
       Esq.r Dyed Seized of Several Tracts or Parcells of Land
       in the Province afores.d to which are now Descended & Come  
       to Susana Maria wife of Charles Digges of Prince Georges
       County af.d Gent Eliz.a wife of Henry Darnall of Ann.ll
       County Gent the above bounded Edw.d Neale in right
       of himself & Mary Neale & Elinor Neale his Daughters
       by Mary (his Late wife) Sister of the s.d Nicholas Lowe
       & to Dorothy wife of the abovenamed Francis Hall and
       Whereas partition of the same Lands (by mutual
       Consent) has Lately been made amongst the
       Parties afores.d notwithstanding the minority of
       the aforenamed Children of him the above bounden
       Edw.d Neale & Deeds have been this Day Executed
       for making Valid the Same partition as farr as may
       be Now the Condition of the above obligation
       Is Such that if the above named Mary & Elinor
       Neale Daughters as afores.d if the above bounden
       Edw.d Neale (& their heirs) shall at any time
       hereafter when they arrise to age execute any Deed
       or Deads as shall be required by the s.d Francis Hall
       & Dorothy his wife their heirs or assignes for the
       further makeing Valid & Confirmation of the same
       Partition or shall Permit & Suffer the same to
       stand abide & endure for ever so as the afores.d Francis
