       hundred acres of Land more or Less the said Tract or parcell
       of Land to be Divided amongst the said Samuel Lockwood
       Thomas Kighton Samuel Brown & Thomas Sparrow
       their several & respective heirs in manner & form following
       (Viz.t) unto Samuel Lockwood & his heirs I give & grant
       two hundred acres of the Tract aforesaid to be laid Out for
       him at his Choice & Election at either end of the said Land
       where he shall Choose To Thomas Knighton one
       hundred Acres other part of the said Tract to be Laid out
       for him & his heirs where he shall Choose the same to
       Samuel Brown & his heirs one hundred acres then
       other part of the said Land to be Laid Out for him
       where he shall Choose & to Thomas Sparrow & his
       heirs I give the remaining one hundred Acres
       part & residue of the said Tract of Land To have
       and to hold the said several & respective
       shares & parcells of Land with their & every of their
       Appurtenances unto the said several & respective
       Samuel Lockwood Thomas Knighton Samuel Brown
       & Thomas Sparrow their several & respective heirs
       for ever To the only proper uses & Behoofs of them
       the several & respective Samuel Lockwood Thomas
       Knighton Samuel Brown & Thomas Sparrow &
       their several & respective heirs for ever & to None
       other Uses Intents or purposes Whatsoever In
       Testimony whereof I have hereunto put my
       hand & seal this thirteenth Day of June Anno Dom 1733
