(18)   of these presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
          they the said Henry Darnall and Ann his Wife
          Have and Each of them hath Given Granted Bargained
          Sold Aliened remised released and Confirmed and by these
          presents Do and Each of them Doth give Grant Bargain
          Sell Alien remise release and Confirm unto the said William
          Black in the ^his^ actual possession of the Lands and Premisses herein
          after Mencond now being by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale
          To him thereof made by the Said Henry Darnall and Ann his
          Wife by Indentures Bearing Date the Day Next before the
          day of the Date of these presents in Consideration of five
          shillings for the Term of One whole year to be accounted
          from the day Next before the Day of the Date of the s.d
          Indenture and by force of the Statute for Transferring
          of uses in^to^ possession And to the ^his^ heirs all that Tract of Land
          Called part of Darnalls Delight in Prince Georges County in
          the province of Maryland aforesaid Containing by Estimation
          One Thousand six hundred Acres be the same More
          or Less And all that Mansion or Dwelling House of the said
          Henry Darnall Erected on some part of the said Tract
          of Land with all and Singular the appurtenances
          thereunto belonging and all that other Tract of Land Call.d
          Elizabeth adjoyning to the said Last Mencond Tract of Land
          Called Darnalls Last addition adjoyning to the said Last Mentioned
          Tract of Land Containing by Estimation one hundred &
          Fifty acres be the same More or Less all which said Severall
          Tracts of Land Hereditaments and Premisses wherein and
          by the Last Will and Testament of Henry Darnall Esq.r Late
          Father of the Said Henry Darnall party hereto given and
          Devised unto the said Henry Darnall party hereto and his
          Heirs and also all the said Henry Darnalls Stock of Negroes
          Slaves Consisting of Forty five or thereabouts young and old
          included together with all Houses Outhouses Edificies Buildings
          Orchards Gardens Cleared and Uncleared Lands Pastures
          Woods Underwoods with all rights Benefits Previledges &
          Advantages whatsoever to the said several Tracts of Land
          Mansion House and Premisses or to any part or parcell thereof
          Belonging or in any Wise appurtaining and all other the
          Tracts of Land plantations Negroes Messuages Lands Tenem.ts
