              Then Came before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships
          Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland the Above
          named Cap.t James Aiking One of the subscribing Evidences
          To the Within Deed who Makes Oath upon the Holy Evangelist
          of Almighty God that he Saw the Within Named Henry Darnall
          Esq.r and M.rs Anne Darnall Signe Seale and Deliver the
          Within Deed as their Act and Deed to the Uses therein
          Mencond

 x.d   This Indenture made the Twenty fifth day of February
          in the fourth year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord George
          the Second by the Grace of God of Great Brittain France
          and Ireland King Defender of the Faith &c Annoq Dom One  
          Thousand seven hundred and Thirty Between Henry Darnall
          of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland in America
          at present Resideing in the City of London Esq.r and
          Ann his Wife of the one part Whereas the Said Henry Darnall
          Is justly and truly indebted unto the said William Black in
          the sume of Two Thousand and four hundred pounds of Good
          and Lawfull Money of Great Brittain for Money Lent and paid
          To and for the Said Henry Darnall as by an account this
          Day made up by the Said William Black and signed and
          approved of by the said Henry Darnall may appear And
          Whereas the said Henry Darnall is seized of a Good Estate
          of Inheritance in Fee simple of and in all and Singular the
          Lands and Premisses here^in^after Mencond Now this
          Indenture Witnesseth that for Secureing the payment of
          the said sume of Two Thousand and four hundred pounds
          And also for and in Consideration of the sume of Five shillings
          of Lawfull Money of Great Brittain unto the said Henry
          Darnall and Ann his Wife in hand well and truly paid by
          the said William Black at or before the sealing and Delivery
