       As to them is assigned by Reason of the said partition & allotment
       But also that every of the said parties their Heirs and assignes shall
       Have & Hold such part portion & purparty as to them or any of them
       is assigned by the same partition or allotment according to their
       Respective Rights (that is to say) that he the said Charles
       Digges and Susanna Maria his wife their Heirs & assignes forever
       shall have hold possesse & injoy for their part portion & purparty
       as afd the several tracts or parcells of Land following (Viz.t) the
       the great plantation at patuxent part of Delabrooke Mannor
       supposed to Contain one thousand acres Nine hundred and
       seventeen Acres of Land Lying at or about the Courthouse
       in S.t Mary's County two hundred & twenty Acres of Land part
       of Beaverdam Mannour afd & the afd tract of Land of Land
       Called Workington Containing three hundred & fifty acres
       Lying in S.t Mary's County afd & Likewise all other Lands
       Lying in S.t Mary's County afd whereto the afd Nicholas
       Lowe (in his lifetime) had any Manner of Right & which
       are not herein particula^r^ly Mentioned or named And the
       parties afd for themselves & their Heirs do further Covenant
       grant & agree to & with every other severally and their several
       heirs that every of the s.d parties his Wife & heirs shall at any time
       hereafter make Do & Acknowledge or Suffer or Cause to be made
       done and Acknowledged all & every such things and Acts be it
       by fine Recovery release Confirmation Deed Inrolled or otherwise
       as shall be reasonable Advised or required for the more full &
       absolute assurance of the s.d several portions & purparties to
       make the s.d partition perfect & firme & to endure for ever &
       according to the true intent & meaning of these presents And
       further more the s.d Henry Darnall & Elizabeth his Wife
       Edward Neale on behalfe of himselfe and his above named
       Daughters And the s.d Francis Hall & Dorothy his Wife for
       themselves & their heirs Do Covenant Grant & Agree to & with
       the s.d Charles Diggs and Susanna Maria his Wife that they
       the s.d Charles & Susanna Maria their heirs & assigns shall
