       Life time had Right to though not Actual possetion of several
       other tracts or parcells of Land Lying in the Counties of S.t Marys
       Charles & Prince Georges & Wher^e^as all the afd Lands are now
       Descended & come to the said Susana Maria Digges sister of
       the said Nicholas Lowe to Elizabeth Darnall afd also sister
       of the said Nicholas Lowe to the said Edward Neale in Right of
       himselfe & Mary & Eleanor Neale his Daughters by Mary his
       Late wife who was also sister of the said Nicholas Lowe & to
       Dorothy Hall afd the other sister of the afd Nicholas And
       Whereas there hath been partition severance & allotment
       severally made among the parties afd by Mutuall Consent of all
       the above mentioned tracts or parcells of Land betwixt the said
       Charles Digges & Susanna Maria his wife Henry Darnall and
       Elizabeth his wife Edward Neale on Behalf of himself & Mary &
       Eleanor his Daughters as afd & the said Francis Hall &
       Dorothy his wife & every of the said Husbands & Wifes &
       the said Edward Neale in right of himself & his
       Daughters afd have thereby a fourth part of the premises
       as equally as might be by them Divided (regard being
       had as well to Quality as Quantity) And Now
       the said Charles Digges & Susanna Maria his wife
       Henry Darnall & Elizabeth his wife Edward Neale
       on behalfe of himselfe & Mary & Eleanor Neale his
       Daughters as afd & Francis Hall & Dorothy his wife
       & every of them for themselves & their Heirs do Covenant
       grant & agree by these presents (for the better Corroboration
       & Confirmation of the said partition made agreed &
       Consented to in such Manner & form as afd) to stand to
       & agree to the same partition & allotment so made & to
       premit & suffer the same to stand Remain & abide in full
       strength & force forever & that every of them & their Heirs
       shall & will not only Hold themselves Contented with
       the said partition & such part portion & purparty
