       in hand payed at & before the sealing & Delivery of these presents
       the Receipt whereof ^they^ the said James & Susanna do hereby Confess
       & Acknowledge Have Bargained Sold grant^d^ aliened & Confirmed
       & by these presents Do Bargain Sell Grant Aliene & Confirm
       unto the said George Walker & his heirs for ever all that two
       parcells or Tracts of Land aforesaid scituated Lying & being
       in Annarrundell County aforesaid & now in the tenure and
       possession of the said James Walker & all Houses Buildin^gs^
       Gardens Orch=ards Lands Woods & Advantages whatsoever
       to the aforesaid two parcells or tracts of Land belonging or
       appurtaining & also all the estate right title interest
       Claim & demand whatsoever of them the said James and
       Susannah his Wife of & to the same To have & to hold
       the said two parcells ^or Tracts^ of Land & premisses with the
       appurtenances unto the said George Walker & his heirs
       & assigns for ever & the said James Walker & Susanah his     
       wife for them selves & their Heirs executors administrators
       Do Covenant promise Grant & Agree with the said George
       Walker his heirs & assignes ^that^ they ^the^ said James & Susannah
       the afores.d two parcells or tracts of Land & premisses above
       mentioned with the appurtenances to the said George
       Walker his heirs & assignes ag.t them the said James
       & Susanah & their heirs & all other persons shall & will
       Warrant & for ever Defend by these presents In Witness
