       whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto
       set their hands & seals the day & year first above Written
       On the back of the foregoing               James Walker seal
      
       Deed was thus Indorsed                 Susannah Walker seal
          Sealed & Delivered         Maryland May the 21.st 1733
          In presence of                 Then Came the within Named
          Ch Browne                     James Walker before me the
          Mich.ll Coulter                subscriber one of his Lordships
       Justices of the provinciall Court & Acknowledged the
       Within Deed to be his Act & Deed for the Use of the within
       Named George Walker & Susannah the wife of the
       said James Walker Being privately Examined out of
       the hearing of the said James her hus Band declared
       the she Acknowledged the same Deed Willingly & freely
       without being Induced thereto by fears or threats of
       her said husband or fear of his Displeasure
       according to the form of the Act of Assembly in that Case
       made & provided
                     Acknowledged before me the Day & Year afd
       Recorded May 26.th 1733            Robert Gordon
