x.d Maryland fs This Indenture made this Twenty first
          day of May Anno Domini One thousand seven hundred
          Thirty & three Between James Walker of Annarundell
          County in the province aforesaid Chururgeon & Susannah
          his wife of the one part & George Walker of Baltamore
          County in the Province aforesaid Chirurgeon of the other
          part whereas John Gardener of Annarundell County by
          his Deed poll Bearing Date the sixteenth day of March
          Anno Domini seventeen hundred & Thirty One for the
          Consideration therein Mentioned did Give Grant & Confirm
          unto the said Susannah & her heirs All that part of
          a tract of Land that then Belonged to him the said John
          Gardner lying on the east side of the main Road that
          now Leads from Annapolis to Patapscoe ferry Called
          Boddys Adventure & Likewise all that part of a tract
          of Land Called Gardners Addition Lying on the same
          side of the Main Road To have & to hold the said  
          parcell or tract of Land with the apremisses and
          appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said
          Susannah & her heirs for ever as by the said Deed duely
          Acknowledged & Recorded Relation being thereunto had
          may more at Large appear Now This
          Indenture Witnesseth That the said James
          Walker & Susannah his Wife for & in Consideration of the
          sum of Two hundred pounds Currant Money to
