(144) water oake then North north esat (sic) with a parcell of Land of Richard Sympsons one hundred & twenty perches then south east eight perches to Back River side then east north east forty five perches to a bound pine then North North East to a pine on a point forty four perches then down the River side East by south fifty perches then south east sixty perches then south by east two hundrerd forty seven perches then south west two degrees southerly forty nine perches to Burmans forrest Line North west to the first Bound tree Containing & Laid out for Two hundred thirty four Acres of Land More or Less Together with all & singular the Improvements Conveniences & Advantages to the said tract of Land belonging or in any manner of way appertaining to the sole & proper use & behoofe of him the said Walter Dallas his Heirs & assignes & to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever To have and to hold the afs.d tract of Land Called Kindness & premisses afs.d unto him the said Walter Dallas his heirs & assignes for ever and the said Edward Evans doth for himslefe his heirs Executors & Administrators Covenant promise Grant & Agree to and with the said Walter Dallas his heirs & Assignes that he the said Edward Evans & his heirs the tract of Land afd with the premisses & appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the said Walter Dallas his heirs & assignes as well against them the said Edward Evans & his heirs As also against all & every other person or persons whatsoever shall & will at all times ^forever^ hereafter Warrant & Defend by these presents And further the said Edward Evans for himself & his heirs doth Covenant promise Grant & Agree |
