       to & with the said Walter Dallas his Hiers & Assignes that
       he the said Edward Evans & his Heirs shall & will from time
       to time & at all times hereafter at y.e Reasonable Request to & at
       the Cost & Charge in the Law of him the said Walter Dallas
       his heirs or assignes shall do make acknowledge suffer &
       execute or cause to be made done Acknowledged suffered &
       executed any other or further deed or instrument in writing
       such as the said Walter Dallas his heirs or assignes or his or
       their Councill Learned in the Law shall Reasonably devise advise
       or Require for the further & Better Assureance surety & sure
       Making the tract of Land & premisses afsd unto him the
       said Walter Dallas his heirs & Assignes for ever In
       Testimony Whereof the said Edward Evans hath
       hereunto set his hand & Affixed his Seale the Day & year
