(143) Memorandum That on the second Day of May Anno Domini seventeen hundred & thirty three the within Named Charles Carroll Came before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court of Maryland & Acknowledged the within deed according to the Act of Assembly in that Case made & provided 9 sides Recorded 2.d May 1732 Robert Gordon Cash p.d x.d This Indenture made this seventeenth Day of November in the year of our Lord God One Thousand seven hundred thirty & two Between Edward Evans of Baltemore County in the Province of Maryland planter of the one part and Walter Dallas of the said County & Province Merchant of the other part Witnesseth that the said Edward Evans for & in Consideration of the sum of sixty pounds Currant money to him in hand paid by the said Walter Dallas the receipt whereof the the said Edward Evans doth hereby Confess & Acknowledge he the said Edward Evans Hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Confirmed And by these presents Doth Grant bargain Sell Alien & Confirm unto the said Walter Dallas & his Heirs & Assignes for ever All that Tract or parcell of Land Called or known by the Name of Kindness Lying in Baltemore County on the South side of Back River adjoining to a parcell of Land Called Burmans Forest Begining at a Bounded Red Oake it being a bounded tree of the Afd Forrest then south south west sixty eight perches to a bounded Spanish Oake of the afd Forrest then south east fifty six perches to a bounded ^tree^ of the afs.d forrest then ^south^ by west thirty two perches to a bounded Chesnutt of the afs.d forrest then North West one hundred eighty two perches to a bound |
