(13) Whatsoever And the Said John Lacon Israel doth for him
and his heirs Covenant and Agree with him the said George Buchanan his Heirs and Assigns that he the said John Lecon Israel & his heirs shall and will from time to time & at all times hereafter Warrant & for Ever Defend the Said Bargained Premisses to him the said George Buchanan his Heirs and Assignes as well against him the said John Lacon Israel or any of by from or under him Claiming as Against all Manner of persons and Claims whatsoever and the said John Doth further Covenant and Agree with him the said George Buchanan that he the Said John shall and will at any time within the Space and Term of seven Years from the Date hereof at the Costs in the Law of him the said George make do & execute & suffer to be made done and executed any other ^or further^ Deed or Deeds for the Better and More Secure makeing over the said Bargained Premisses to him the Said George Buchanan his Heirs or assigns that he the Said George his heirs or assignes or his or their Learned Councill in the Law shall Devise or Advise In Witness whereof and the foregoing Premisses the said Parties have hereunto Interchangably set their hands and affixed their Seales the day and year first above written John Lacon Israell seale Signed Sealed and Delivered In Presence of us Hyde Hoxton W.m Rogers On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus indorsed vizt July the 7.th 1731 Then Came before us two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Baltemore County the within Named John Lacon Israel & acknowledged the within Deed and the Land and premisses therein Bargained and sold to be the Right and Estate of Doctor George Buchanan his heirs and assignes for ever according to the Act in that Case made and provided W Hammond Rich Gist (July) |
