          the sume of Forty pounds Sterl being the Consideration

x.d   This Indenture made the Twenty fourth day of February
        in the fourth year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord George
        the Second by the Grace of god of Great Brittain France &
        Ireland King Defender of the faith &c Annoq Dom One
        Thousand seven hundred & Thirty Between Henry Darnall
        of Prince George ^County^ in the Province of Maryland in America         
        all present resideing in the City of London Esq.r and Anne his
        Wife of the One part Witnesseth that the said Henry Darnall
        and Ann his Wife for & in Consideration of ^the sum of^ Five Shillings of
        Lawfull Money of Great Brittain to them in hand paid by
        the said William Black at or before the sealing & Delivery
        of these presents the Receipt the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
        Have and Each of them hath Bargained and sold
        And by these presents Do and Each of them Doth Bargain &
        Sell unto the Said William Black his Executors & Administrators
        All That Tract of Land Called part of Darnalls Delight
        in Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland af.d
        Containing by Estimation One Thousand Six hundred acres
        be the same more or Less and all that Mansion or Dwelling
        House of the said Henry Darnall erected on some part
        of the said Tract of Land with all and Singular the
        appurtenances thereunto belonging and all that Other
        Tract of Land Called Elizabeth adjoyning to the ^said^ first mencond
        Tract of Land Containing by Estimation Three hundred acres
        or thereabouts and alsoe all that other Tract of Land Called
        Darnalls Last Addition adjoyning to the Said Last Mentioned
        Tract of Land Containing by Estimation one hundred & fifty
        acres be the same More or Less all which Said Severall
        Tracts of Land Hereditaments and Premisses were in
