108 That the said George Walker his heirs and Assigns shall and may for ever hereafter have hold and peaceably possess occupy and enjoy the said Land and Premisses without any interuption or hindrance of him the said Sabritt Sollers his heirs executors administrators and assigns and that the same is Clear and free from all incumbrances whatsoever and the said Sabritt Sollers for him self his heirs Executors and Adm.rs doth by these presents further Covenant and agree to and with the said George his heirs and assigns that he the said Sabritt Sollers his heirs executors and administrators from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter shall and will Warrant and Defend the aforesaid parcel of Land of from and against any Claim Title Interest or Demand of him the said Sabritt Sollers his heirs executors or adm.rs and all other persons whatsoever without any Exception or Reservation and form and against all incumbrances whatsoever unto him the said George Walker his heirs and assigns for ever as aforesaid the Rents and Services that May hereafter grow Due to the Lord Proprietary only Excepted and foreprized and that he the said Sabritt Sollers his heirs executors and administrators shall and will at any time hereafter execute any further or other Deed or Deed Conveyance or Conveyances that shall be reasonably advised Devised or required by the said George Walker his heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns for ever or his or their Council learned in the Law at the Proper Cost and Charges of him the said George Walker his heirs Executors Adm.rs or Assigns In Witness whereof the said Sabritt Sollers hath hereunto set his hand and Seal the Day and Year first above written Signed Sealed & Delivered Sab.tt Sollers seal In the presence of John Smith Ebenz Cooke Memorandum On the Back of the foregoing Deed of Sale was the following indorsements Viz.t September 1.st 1732 Then Received of George Walker the sum of One hundred and Thirty pounds Sterling Money of Great Brittain the purchase Money of the within Mentioned Land I say Received by me Sab.tt Sollers Testes John Smith Memorandum that on the first Day of September 1732 Came the within Mentioned Sabritt Sollers before me One of his |
