       Assigns for ever a Certain Tract or Parcel of Land being part of a
       Tract of Land Called Mary's Plains (Granted unto Mary Talbot
       of Ann Arundell County by the Right Hon.rble Charles Lord Baron of
       Baltemore by his Certain Deed of Grant or Patent under his Great Seal
       bearing Date the seventeenth Day of September One Thousand Seven
       hundred and twenty Eight for the several and  respective Considerations
       therein particularly invested and Expressed lying in Baltemore
       County on the North side of Patapsco River and on the West side of
       Jones's falls according to the Certificate of Survey thereof as in and by
       the said Recited Grant or Patent relation being thereunto had May
       ^more^ fully and at large appear and afterwards Conveyed and Confirmed by
       the said Mary Talbott unto the said Sabritt Sollers his heirs & assigns
       for ever by a Certain Deed of Conveyance bearing Date the Nineteenth Day
       of July 1732 as in and by the sid Deed Relation being thereunto had
       May More fully and at large appear) Beginning at two
       bounded white oaks and two bounded Red oaks standing on the
       North East side of a Stony Ridge in or Near the second line of the Land
       laid out for Edward Lunn and running thence South West Eighty six
       Perches thence South forty four pches thence North seventy Eight Deg.rs
       West forty nine pches thence south four Degrees West One hundred and
       forty two pches thence West by South twenty one pches thence North forty
       and one Degrees West eleventy and three pches thence North Eight Deg.rs
       West one hundred forty and four pches thence South Eighty five Deg.rs
       West one hundred thirty and six pches thence North six Deg thirty
       Minutes west two hundred thirty and two pches thence East North East
       Ninty Six pches thence with a straight line to the beginning Trees
       Containing four hundred Seventy and five acres of Land More or less
       To have and to hold the said parcel of Land Contained
       within the said bounds with all Rights Profits Benefits Priviledges
       and Appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
       unto him the said George Walker his heirs and assigns for
       Ever and the said Sabritt Sollers for himself his heirs Executors
       and Administrators Doth hereby Covenant and Agree to and with
       the said George Walker his heirs and assigns That he the said
       Sabritt Sollers at the time of the ensealing and Delivery of these
       of these Presents hath Good Right and Lawfull Authority to Sell and
       Convey the said Parcel of Land with the appurtenances thereof and
