       his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and acknowledged the within
       Land and Premisses to be the Right Title and Estate of the within Named
       George Walker his heirs and assigns for ever and at the same time Came
       Mary Sollers wife of the said Sabritt Sollers who being privately
       Examined out of the hearing of her said Husband Did voluntarily & freely
       and without the fear Threats or Compulsion of her said Husband Relinquish
       all her Right of Dower of in and to the within land and Premisses to the
       within Named George Walker his heirs and assigns for ever according to
       the true Intent of the within written Deed and the Act of Assembly in such
       Cases made and provided before me

       fifth Day of October Anno Dom Seventeen hundred and Thirty two
       Between Zach.a Maccubbin of Ann Arundell County Gent of the
       one part and John Hammond of Cecil County Gentl of the other part
       Witnesseth that Whereas John Hanse Steelman of Prince
       Georges County Planter by a Certain Deed Duely made Executed & Recorded
       bearing Date the Tenth Day of May Anno Domini One Thousand Seven
       hundred and Thirty did by the said Deed Sell and Convey unto the said
       Zachariah Maccubbin his Executors Adm.rs and Assigns for ever for
       the Consideration therein Mentioned all that Tract or parcel of Land called
       Walnutt Thickett lying in Cecil County Containing Two hundred acres
       more or less also another Tract or parcel of Land called Bornes forrest
       lying in Cecil County Containing four hundred acres more or less with a
       Proviso of the Right of Redemption to the said John Hanse Steelman
       his heirs Executors or Adm.rs upon the Payment of the Consideration
       Money and Interest &c.a as in and by the afd Recited Deed Referrence
       being thereto had may more fully and at large appear Now This
       Indenture further Witnesseth that the said Zach.a
       Maccubbin for and in Consideration of the Sum of forty One Pounds
       fourteen Shillings and Nine pence Current Money to him in hand paid
       by the said John Hammond before the sealing and Delivery of these psents
       the Receipt whereof the said Zach.a Maccubbin Doth hereby acknowledge
       hath Given Granted Bargained assignes Transferred and
       Made over And by these presents Doth Give Grant Bargain Assign
       Transferr and Make over unto the said John Hammond his heirs Ex.rs
