       of the said John Beale Declared that she Relinquished all Claim
       and Demand of Dower in the within premisses and every part thereof
       and the said Elizabeth being by me Examd a part from her said husband
       Declared that she was not compelled by him to Relinquish her Dower in
       the Premisses but that she Did the same Voluntarily with any apprehensive
       of her said Husbands Displeasure
                             Taken and acknowledged before me one of his Lordships

          I Do acknowledge and Declare that M.rs Elizabeth
       Nicholson party to the within Deed Neither was intended nor ought
       to be bound to any warranty but against the heirs or any other person
       Claiming from by or under the Testator William Nicholson and Not
       otherwise anything in the said Deed to the Contrary Notwithstanding

             This Indenture Made the first Day of Sept.r
       in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and Thirty two
       Between Sabritt Sollers of Calvert County in the Province
       of Maryland Gentleman of the one part and George Walker of
       Baltemore County in the Province aforesaid Chirurgeon of the
       other part Witnesseth that the said Sabrit Sollers for and
       in Consideration of the sum of one hundred and Thirty Pounds
       Sterling Money of Great Brittain to him the said Sabrit Sollers
       in hand paid by the said George Walker before the ensealing & Delivery
       hereof the Receipt whereof the said Sabritt Sollers doth hereby
       Acknowledge and of and from every part and parcel thereof Doth fully
       Clearly and absolutely Acquit Exonerate and Discharge him the said
       George Walker and his heirs for ever Hath and by these
       Presents Doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe Convey
       and Confirm unto him the said George Walker his heirs and
