       Elizabeth for themselves and their heirs Covenant and Agree to and
       with the said Daniel Dulany his heirs and Assigns that they the said
       John and Elizabeth and their heirs shall for ever hereafter well and
       Sufficiently Warrant and Defend all and singular the premisses to the
       said Daniel Dulany his heirs and assigns against all persons
       Whatsoever Claiming from by or under the said William Nicholson
       and that they the said John and Elizabeth shall and will at any time
       hereafter at the Reasonable Request and proper Cost and Charge of
       him the said Daniel Dulany his heirs or assigns Make and Duely
       Execute according to the Laws of this Province any further or other
       Deed or Conveyance which he or they or his or their Council learned in
       the Law shall Devise Advise or Require so as such Conveyance
       Contain no other Warranty than these presents In Witness
       whereof the said John and Elizabeth hereunto put their hands and Seals
       the Day and Year first above written

                On the Back of the foregoing Deed was written as
                followeth Viz.t
       Sealed and Delivered
       In the Presence of us
       Ch.a Hammond Weems

                               Received from Daniel Dulany his Bond for
       the payment of Three hundred and fifty pounds Sterling to Beale
       Nicholson on the Nine and twentieth day of September 1733 being
       part of the Consideration within Mentioned   Elizabeth Nicholson
       £350
                         Received from Daniel Dulany Thirty Pounds part
       of the Consideration Money within Mentioned I say Thirty pounds
       Current Money of Maryland

          Memorandum That on this Ninth Day of October in the Year
       of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Thirty two the within Named John
       Beale and Elizabeth Nicholson Acknowledged the within Deed before
       me according to the Directions of the Act of Assembly in such Cases
       Provided and the within premisses to be the Right and Estate of the
       within Mentioned Daniel Dulany and likewise Elizabeth Beale wife
