       Sterling secured to be paid to the said Beale Nicholson as afores.d
       as for and in Consideration of the sum of Thirty Pounds Current
       Money of Maryland to the said John Beale in hand paid before the
       Ensealing and Delivery of these present the Receipt whereof he
       Doth hereby acknowledge and the said Daniel Dulany thereof and
       therefrom Doth acquit and Discharge Have Bargained and Sold
       and by these presents do Bargain and Sell unto the said Daniel
       Dulany the said Lott or parcel of Ground numbered 58 in the Town
       Plate of Annapolis Together with all Buildings Improvements
       Profits Advantages or appurtenances thereon or thereunto belonging
       That is to say all the Right Title Interest Claim and Possession of
       him the said John Beale during his life in the Premisses and all
       the Right Title Interest Claim & Demand which the s.d William
       Nicholson had or Might Lawfully Claim or Demand by virtue of
       the sid Recited Deed of in or to the said Lott of Ground or other
       the premisses and the Reversion and Remainder Revesions and
       Remainders thereof To have and to hold to him
       the said Daniel Dulany his heirs and assigns for ever to his
       and their own proper use and to no other use intent or purpose
       Whatsoever And the said John Beale and Elizabeth Nicholson
       for them selves and their heirs & Respectively Covenant and Agree
       to and with the said Daniel Dulany his heirs and assigns that
       he and they shall and May Lawfully have hold and possess and
       Enjoy all and singular the Premisses from time to time and at
       all Times for ever hereafter freely and Clearly acquitted and
       Discharged from all incumbrances Whatsoever had done of occasioned
       by the said John Beale or any other person whatsoever
       Claiming from by or under him (Except the Usse Possession and
       Occupation of so much of the said Lott and the improvements ^thereon^
       as is or are now in the possession or occupation of Samuel
       Harvey or ^of^ him the said John Beale until the twenty ninth Day
       of September Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and Thirty three
       So always as the said Daniel Dulany shall have full liberty
       to Make and shall not be hindred or Obstructed in Making any
       Improvements of any Nature or Kind soever on the said Lott or
       or Parcel of Ground or any part thereof And the said John and
