       William Nicholson Imediately after the Death of the said John
       Beale one Lott or parcel of Ground lying in the City of Annapolis
       and by the Lott thereof numbered 58 with the Appurtenances
       thereunto belonging or any ways Appertaining To have
       and to hold to the said William Nicholson his heirs and
       Assigns for ever Imediately after the Death of the said John Beale as
       by the said Deed Recorded in the Land Records of Ann Arundell County
       Relation being thereunto had may appear upon which same Lott or
       parcel of Ground the said William Nicholson began to build and Erect
       a Stone House And Whereas the said William Nicholson by his
       Last Will and Testament in writeing Duely Executed and proved
       bearing Date the twenty Eighth Day of December Anno Domd Seventeen
       hundred and Thirty one authorized and empowered his said
       Executrix to Sell and Convey his House in Annapolis (Meaning
       the Hous began to be built on the said Lott or parcel of
       Ground Numbered 58) with all the Ground thereunto belonging so as
       the Money which should arise by the Sale thereof could and should be
       Secured to the Sole Benefit and Advantage of his son Beale
       Nicholson and not otherwise and so as the same should not be sold
       under what Mess.rs John Beale Robert Gordon Doctr Cha Carroll
       Thomas Worthington and Robert Alexander should think the said
       House and Ground should be reasonably worth at the Time of the sale
       which the said Testator Willed and Desired might be on or before
       the last Day of May then next ensuing and not after and Whereas
       the said Thomas Worthington Robert Gordon and Doct.r
       Charles Carroll three of the persons so Nominated on the second
       Day of May in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Thirty
       two Valued the said House and Ground at Three hundred and
       fifty pounds Sterling which sum the said Daniel Dulany on the
       Twenty third Day of the same Month of May and in the year afs.d
       Agreed to pay unto the said Beal Nicholson on the twenty Ninth Day
       of September in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Thirty
       three Now This Indenture Witnesseth
       That the said John Beale and Elizabeth Nicholson as well for and
       in Consideration of the said Sum of Three hundred and fifty pounds
