       on the said Lott nor from making any other Improvements that
       may not Disturb the said John Beale or his assignes in the
       Possession and occupation of the House or Houses now possessed
       or occupied by himself or the said Harvy In Consideration whereof
       the said Daniel Dulany agrees to secure the payment of Three
       hundred and fifty pounds Sterling to the said Elizabeth on the
       29.th Day of September 1733 in Money or Good Bills of Exchange
       To pay unto the said John Beale Thirty pounds Current Money
       of Maryland and to allow him the use and occupation of an House
       in Annapolis and a Lott thereto adjoyning wherein Doct.r Stringer
       lately lived until September 29 1737 In Whereof the said
       Parties have signed these Presents May 28 1732

             On the Back of the foregoing agreement was written as
             follows viz.t

       The part of the within Agreement which Relates to Jn.r Beales
       having the House wherein Doct.r Stringer lately lived till 7ber 29
       1737 is still to be performed according to the True Intent & Meaning
       of the parties tho not Expressed in the Conveyance for the within
4 sds  Mentioned House and Lott

       Day of October in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Thirty
       two Between John Beale of Ann Arundell County Esq.r and
       Elizabeth Nicholson Widow Relict and Executrix of William
       Nicholson late of the same County Merchant Deced of the one part
       and Daniel Dulany of Annapolis Esq.r of the other part
       Whereas the said John Beale by Deed of Gift duly Executed
       and Recorded bearing Date the Seventeenth Day of April in the year
       of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Thirty for and in Consideration
       of the Natural love and Affection which he bore unto the said
       William Nicholson and Elizabeth his Wife Daughter of him
       the said John Beale and other Considerations in the said Deed
       Mentioned Gave Granted Sold and Made Over unto the said
