101 June 17.th 1732 Then did
Charles Sewall party of the within Deed acknowledge the same and the lands and premisses therein mentioned to be the right of Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll and Daniel Carroll according to the Directions of the Act of Assembly before me Robert Gordon Esq.r one of the Justices of the provincill Court of Maryland Robert Gordon s.ds 10 1/2 recorded 20.th Sept.r 1732 x.d Whereas William Nicholas Deced by the last Will and Testament Appointed us the Subscribers to Value the Store House by him lately Built in the City of Annapolis near the Church Circle with the Ground thereto now belonging as by Deed of Gift from John Beale may appear Persuant to which and upon Due Consideration thereof had We Value the House as the same now appears to us with the Ground thereto now belonging and the Reversion of the Remainder of the said Lott after the Decease of the said John Beale to be worth the Sum of Three hundred and fifty Pounds Sterling In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands this 2.d Day of May 1732 Rott Alexander Robert Gordon s.d 1 1/2 C Carroll H Worthington x.d Memd It is Agreed and Concluded upon Between John Beale Esq.r and Elizabeth Nicholson widow and Executrix of William Nicholson late of Ann Arundell County merchant Deced of the one part and Daniel Dulany of Annapolis of the other part that the said John and Elizabeth shall convey and make over unto the said Daniel Dulany the whole Lott whereon the said William Nicholson lately Built a Stone House with all other Buildings Improvements & Appurtenan.s thereon or thereunto belonging Together with the Reversion & Remdr thereof unto the said Daniel Dulany his heirs and assigns for Ever Reserving unto the said John Beale and his assigns the use posson & occupation of the said House wherein Samuel Harvy now lives and other Houses and Gardens on the said Lott Except the said Stone House until the twenty Ninth Day of September Anno Dom 1733 So as the said Daniel Dulany be not Rendred from Compleating and finishing the said Stone House nor from Making or Improving a Garden or Pailing the same or building any out House or Houses on |
