(96)      the said Gideon Howard for himself and his heirs doth hereby
             covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said John
             Worthington his heires and assignes for ever that he the said
             Gideon Howard and his heires shall and will from time and at all
             times for ever hereafter warrant and defend the af.d tract of Land
             and p.rmisses with its appurtenancces against all manner of
             persons whatsoever Provideth always and it's further covenanted
             that if the s.d Gideon Howard or his heirs doe well and truly repay
             the said John Worthington his heirs exec.rs or adminis.t the full
             sum of sixty eight pounds sterl money in good bills of exchange
             drawn on some responceable merch.t resideing in [illegible] Land
             their paid on or before the last day of October in the year seventeen
             hundred and twenty eight and also Lawfull interest for the same
             from the date hereof then this Indenture and all the articles and
             things theirin contained shall be for ever voyd and of noe fource
             and all the Lands and premisses revert to the s.d Gideon Howard
             In Wittness whereof he the s.d Gideon Howard partie to these
             presence have hereunto interchangeable set to his hand
             and affixed his seale the day & year firs above Written
