(95) x.d Maryland fs This Indenture made the Twenty first day of
             August in the year of our Lord God seventeen hundred & twenty five
             Between Gideon Howard of Baltemore County Planter of the one part
             and John Worthington of Ann Arundell County Merch.t of the other
             part Wittnesseth that the s.d Gideon Howard for & in consideration
             of the sume of sixty eight pound sterl money to him in hand paid
             by the s.d John Worthington at and before the ensealing and delivery
             of these p.rsence the receipt of which he the said Gideon Howard does
             hereby acknowledg and thereof and from every part & parcell thereof
             Doth freely fully and absolutely exonerate acquit and discharge the s.d
             John Worthington his heirs executors & adminis.rs and every of them ^p these^ p.rsence
             for ever hath given granted bargained sold enfeoffed aliend remist
             released and confirmed and by these p.rsence doth give grant
             bargain sell enfeoff alien remise release and confirm to the s.d
             John Worthington his heirs and assignes for ever all that Tract of
             Land which I now live upon lying in the south side of Patapsco
             River and being part of a Tract of Land known by the name of
             Andover Begining in the west norwest line of the originall
             Tract two hundred prches distant from the the beginning bounded
             red oake and running west north west two hundred & five perches
             then runing south south west three hundred & twenty perches
             runing thence east south east two hundred & five perches then
             runing north north east three hundred and twenty perches
             to the first beginning line containing four hundred & ten
             acres together with all trees woods underwoods houses orchards
             bu^i^ldings fences improvements and appurtenances whatsoever
             to the same belonging or in any wise appeartaining together with all
             the right Title Inheritance Claime and demand whatsoever of
             and from him the said Gideon Howard and his heirs for ever
             To have and to hold all the af.d Tract of Land with the premisses
             and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the s.d John
             Worthington his heirs and assignes for ever to the sole proper use
             and behoofe of him the s.d John Worthington his heirs and assignes for
             ever and to none other use intent or purpose whatsoever and
