             within mentioned to be the right of y.e w.th named John Worthington
             his heirs and assignes for ever according to the true intent and
             meaning of the within Deed and the Act of Assembly in that
             case made and provided

                            Invoice of one hundred thirty four felons & servants
             shipt on board the sucky Gally I John Ellis Commander by M.r John
             Wagle & is upon his own accomt & risque and goes consigned to
             M.r Patrick Sympson Merchant in Maryland for sales accounts and
             returns viz.t
