(93)      the said Thomas doth hereby acknowledge And thereof fully and
             absolutely Acquit Exonerate Discharge the s.d Benjamine Meade
             his heirs executors & adm.rs hath given granted bargained sold alined
             enfeoffed and confirm^ed^ And by these presents doth give grant bargain
             sell alien enfeoffe and confirm unto him the s.d Benjamine Mead his
             heirs and assigns for ever all that peicce or parcell of Land called or
             known by the name of Frances Choice lying in Baltemore County
             on the south side of the south west branch of Gunpowder River
             Beginning at a bounded chesnutt being a bounded tree of a tract of Land
             called Winleys Forrest and running with the s.d Land five hundred
             thirty four perches then east sixty perches to a parcell of Land being
             one hundred acres formerly sold to William Cames and running with
             the Land north five hundred thirty four perches to a bounded white
             oake of the s.d Cames then with a straight line to the first bounded tree
             containing & now laid out for two hundred acres of Land more or less together
             with all ^and all^ manner of Right Profits Comodites & Appurtenances whatsoever
             to the same peice or parcell of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining
             To have and to hold the same Land and Premises with the Appurtenances
             unto him the s.d Benjamine his heirs and assigns for ever to the only
             proper use and behoofe of him the said Benjamine Mead his heirs and
             assigns for ever And the said Thomas Cocky for himself his heirs Ex.rs and
             Adm.rs and for ever of them doth hereby covenant promise grant and
             agree to and with the said Benjamine Meade his heirs and assigns
             for ever that he the said Thomas Cockey and his heirs the aforementioned
             to be granted Land and premises with the appurtenances
             to him the s.d Benjamine Meade his heirs and assigns for ever from
             and against him the s.d Thomas Cockey and his heirs and from and
             against all manner of persons lawfully cla^i^ming or to cla^i^me any
             Right Title Interest Property Profit Claime or Demand whatsoever
             of in or unto the aforementioned to be granted Land and Premises or any
             part or parcell thereof shall and will warrant and for ever defend the
             Rents and services hereafter growing due to the Cheif Lord of the Fee
             only Excepted and Allways foreprized And the s.d Thomas Cockey doth
             hereby for himself his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs further covenant promise
             grant and agree to & with the s.d Benjamine Meade his heirs & assigns &
