(91)      and agree to and with the s.d George Plater and Edmund Jennings
             and each of them their and each of their Heirs Executors Adm.rs & Assigns
             and every of them that he the said Thomas Larkin is att the sealing and
             delivery of these presents solely lawfully rightfully and absolutely seized
             of the said Messuage and Tenement and the said part of the s.d Lott and
             the Houses Outhouses priviledges and appurtenances herein before
             mentioned and hereby intended to be granted as af.d of an Estate in
             Fee simple free and clear from all former or other charges and incumbrances
             whatsoever And that he now hath good right and absolute power
             and authority to Bargain sell alien enfeoffe and confirm the s.d messuage
             and tenement and the said part of the said Lott and the Outhouses and
             priviledges or edifices and appurtenances af.d hereby bargained sold
             aliened enfeoffed and confirmd as af.d And the s.d Thomas Larkin doth
             for himself his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns covenant
             promise and agree to and with the s.d George Plater and Edmund
             Jennings and each of them their & each of their heirs Executors Adm.rs
             and assigns and every of them that he the s.d Thomas Larkin and his heirs
             the said messuage and tenement and the s.d part of the s.d Lott and the
             Houses Outhouses and all and singular other the premisses hereby
             bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and every part thereof
             unto the s.d George Plater and Edmund Jennings and each of them
             their and each of their heirs and assigns and every of them against
             him the s.d Thomas Larkin and the Heirs and Assigns of him the s.d
             Thomas Larkin and against all and every other person and persons
             whomsoever shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these
             present In Wittness whereof the s.d Thomas Larkin to these presents
             hath sett and putt his hand and seale the day & year first above
             written
                                                                               Thomas Larkin seal
             On the back of the s.d Deed was thus Indorst viz.t
             Sealed and Delivered these words on the south west and beginning
             at a stake of the s.d Lott of M.r James Carrell and therein before
             mentioned being first interlined in y.e presence of us
